Trolley Bags Express are a system of four reusable shopping bags that are used to pack your shopping at the supermarket checkout. They are sized smaller than the Original to fit the shallow supermarket trolleys for smaller shops.
The Trolley Bags designed for the smaller shallow trolleys are available in two colour ways. Vibe is our bright and bold colours; orange, green, red, and blue and our pastel colour way features softer tones of yellow, blue, green, and grey. Long gone are the days where you chuck whatever comes at you first into any old bag, now you can pack your shopping organised and efficiently into colour-coded bags. Put all the fridge items in one bag, freezer items in another and so forth.

How do they work?
In one simple action the Trolley Bags system spreads out and rests on the deeper supermarket trolleys, giving you a series of open and upright bags into which you can pack and sort your shopping with both hands. The bags attach and separate via Velcro so you can transport them easily to and from the car. Watch the how-to video here.

We tested Trolley Bags Original versus regular reusable bags and due to the nature of the bags being able to stay racked open and upright, the shopper could pack their items straight into these bags with both hands rather than having to hold regular bags open with one hand and pack with the other. Comparing the packing times, using Trolley bags Original, the shopper packed their items almost 40% quicker!
The first designs of Trolley Bags featured a half fabric and half mesh bottom for a more flexible bag that moulds its shape to the shopping. This design also rolls up easily for carrying and is a more breathable fabric option for your Trolley Bags.

Express are perfect size and work really well esp with Waitrose self-check while you shop. My only comment would be i wish the mesh had a little more shape / structure to hold stuff in place. It’s a minor comment and they really do the job.

I already have the bigger bags and they are so useful! Love the pastel set though I wish they grey one had been pastel pink but that’s just me. Perfect fit in trollies for smaller shops and exactly what I was looking for.
