Trolley Bags Original are a system of four reusable shopping bags that are used to pack your shopping at the supermarket checkout. The Original set are the ideal size to fit the large, deep trolleys for the big weekly shop.
The first ever Trolley Bags is a four-bag set with half mesh bottom called the Original. Designed in vibrant bold colours; orange, green, red, and blue, which not only look very eye-catching, but they also serve a purpose. Long gone are the days where you chuck whatever comes at you first into any old bag, now you can pack your shopping organised and efficiently into colour-coded bags. You can use the blue bag for freezer products, the red for fridge items, green for cupboard items, and the orange for household products or however you see fit. How do they work?
In one simple action the Trolley Bags system spreads out and rests on the deeper supermarket trolleys, giving you a series of open and upright bags into which you can pack and sort your shopping with both hands. We load trolley in usual way, empty at check out then load into the bags and away. Receive many positive comments from other customers.
Criticisms:- whilst appreciating you need to cater for varying trolley sizes and designs the support bars in our experience are too long and the bags too deep, apart from that they are great!!!!!

Bags are a great asset when shopping. My only criticism is bags are too deep making them difficult to lift and carry.

Since day one of use have had at least a dozen staff and customers in the supermarkets (not a loyal brand shopper) ask where did I get them from. I suggest you send some business cards or similar with the orders as I couldn’t remember where, Sorry.Little kids love the bright colours. Only 5’2″ and in my 50s and found the exercise of getting the full bags out of the trolley and into the car a problem unless you remember not to put all the heavy stuff together in the larger bags. Velcro can stick to the netting so be careful not to let that happen as that may cause netted part to wear quicker. I would love to obtain an insulated insert for frozen food PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?
Could you also make a really small set for the half deep small trolley that my elderly mother uses. Would make my life easier as I carry her bags in for her as we shop together weekly.

I love these – as do lots of other people who comment on them. I find them a good size for the trolley but you do have to be careful to spread the weight. Sadly the blue one has a tear in the fabric (not the mesh) – I think it needs to be stronger. Also several of the seams along the handles are coming undone so I will have to get my sewing machine out! Have you though of adding a small pocket to keep a pen & coupons in? That would be very handy!

Since our local store started scan your own shopping the Trolley Bags have been fantastic. Great variety in sizes to suit all shopping and so easy to use. Speeds up the whole shopping experience which has to be a big plus!
It appears there are not many Trolley Bags in our area as we are frequently approached and asked about them.

Like these bags but a little too deep, makes them a little heavy when fill. Would really like a version for the shallower trolley that i usually use then they would be fantastic :-)

I first heard about these bags from my mum who lives in Ireland. She uses them because carrier bags are not free there! She bought a set for my daughter and I had to get a set. I use them whether I am doing a large or small shop. I have had many people asking about them and have even had to find them on-line, on my phone in the shop, so the person could copy the email address to order them. Could do with some business cards to hand out when shopping. The handles do tend to stick out on the narrower trolleys but that’s the fault of the shop for not accommodating for a great product. I would love a set of smaller bags so when doing a quick shop could take for the smaller trolleys.
